SPECIAL ASSISTANT
Rolando Juniel serves as a Special Assistant to Councilmember Ridley-Thomas. He previously served as then-Supervisor Ridley-Thomas’ Special Assistant for 12 years. Prior to that, Rolando was in law enforcement for 30 years.
