CHIEF DEPUTY FOR LEGAL AFFAIRS AND JUSTICE INITIATIVES
Emerson Luke serves as Chief Deputy for Legal Affairs and Justice Initiatives. Emerson is responsible for overseeing policy, programming and advocacy related to public safety, legal affairs and equity issues. He previously worked in private practice as a litigation attorney. Emerson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University, a Master's in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.
